Role Description
The Cards Product Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
This role involves managing the lifecycle of card products, including planning, development, launch, and ongoing performance optimization.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing product performance data, and defining product strategies that align with business objectives.
The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, IT, and finance to enhance product features, improve customer experience, and ensure regulatory compliance.
The role also includes preparing reports, communicating product updates, and supporting stakeholders with product-related insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, with experience managing card products or similar financial services.
- Excellent Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
- Effective Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Market Research, including competitive analysis and customer insights for product development and enhancement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of card payment systems, banking regulations, and customer experience best practices.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.
