Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourced UAE sales teams, set performance expectations, and provide coaching and field support.
• Drive acquisition for accounts, credit cards, and personal lending through approved channels.
• Manage third-party service levels, staffing, invoices, documentation, and issue escalation.
• Maintain compliance and control standards, including approved sales journeys, regulatory requirements, and customer-contact methods.
• Build corporate partnerships and expand channels through activations, kiosks, events, and new sales locations.
• Monitor quality, handle complaints, and maintain consistent customer-service standards.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IWPB products, propositions, and services, with the ability to explain them clearly to customers.
• Proven multiproduct sales expertise, particularly with high-net-worth customers and financial products.
• Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop sales teams.
• Networking and business-development skills to build corporate relationships and achieve acquisition targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Risk and customer-service awareness, problem-solving ability, and commitment to compliance, fair dealing, and quality outcomes.
