Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiological, Cardiovascular and/or Respiratory care program
  • Experience with scrubbing into and assisting physicians with vascular procedures
  • RVT or equivalent preferred, registry eligible acceptable.
  • BLS/AED/ACLS training required and accepted from the American Heart Association. No online programs from any organization will be accepted.

Skills, Knowledge or Abilities

  • Independent individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills required in order to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, physicians, outside agencies and other hospital staff.
  • Medical terminology preferred.
  • Strong computer skills a must.
  • Knowledge of EPIC Electronic Medical Record, radiology scheduling and insurance authorization.
  • This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location . The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive , differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
