The Cardio Thoracic Surgeon will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of complex heart and thoracic conditions utilizing the latest surgical techniques. Key Responsibilities:* Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform advanced cardio thoracic surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair/replacement, and thoracic surgeries.
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in clinical research and innovation to contribute to the advancement of cardio thoracic surgery.
- Mentor and educate junior medical staff, fellows, and residents.
- Maintain compliance with medical standards, hospital policies, and ethical practices.
Requirements
- Medical degree with board certification in cardio thoracic surgery.
- Extensive experience performing complex cardio thoracic surgeries at a leading healthcare institution.
