SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cardiac Electrophysiology Senior Consultant to join our esteemed medical team. This senior-level position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and advance cardiac electrophysiology services within a dynamic healthcare environment.

As a Senior Consultant, you will provide expert diagnosis, management, and treatment of complex cardiac arrhythmias, utilizing cutting-edge electrophysiological techniques and interventions. You will mentor junior staff, collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to clinical research and innovation in electrophysiology.

Key Responsibilities:* Lead comprehensive assessments and management plans for patients with complex cardiac rhythm disorders

• Perform advanced electrophysiological procedures including catheter ablation and device implantation
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and medical staff
• Collaborate with cardiology and other specialty teams to develop integrated care pathways
• Engage in clinical research, quality improvement, and professional development activities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in cardiac electrophysiology and incorporate best practices

Requirements

• Medical degree and full registration/licensure to practice as a Cardiac Electrophysiology Consultant
• Board certification and extensive experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Proven expertise in performing complex electrophysiological studies and interventions
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to strategic planning
• Commitment to research and ongoing professional development in electrophysiology
• Excellent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
