Company Overview
Regent's Car Rental LLC is a premier automotive leasing and rental firm operating in Dubai. We are currently executing a strategic expansion plan to scale our fleet from 50 vehicles to 200+ vehicles over the next 12 months. To drive this growth, we are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Business Development Manager specializing in comprehensive fleet sales (both B2B corporate leasing and high-yield B2C rentals) and yield optimization.
Role Objective
We require a proactive, results-oriented sales professional with an established network in the Dubai corporate sector and a strong track record of closing retail consumers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-volume corporate contracts, maximizing inbound B2C revenue, maintaining rigorous fleet utilization targets (97.5%+), and establishing the commercial foundation required for our fleet expansion.
Immediate 14-Day KPI (Portfolio Optimization): Upon commencement of employment, the successful candidate will be tasked with an immediate mandate: liquidating an existing inventory of 20 vacant vehicles into a mix of 3-to-6-month corporate lease agreements and high-value B2C monthly rentals. This will require immediate leveraging of the candidate's existing professional network to independently source contracts, alongside maximizing the conversion of company-provided B2C marketing leads.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proactive Business Development (B2B & B2C)
· Independently prospect and secure commercial leasing agreements (typically 5–10 vehicles per contract), while concurrently managing and aggressively converting inbound B2C retail inquiries.
· Target key corporate verticals within the UAE market, including real estate brokerages, facility management, logistics/delivery aggregators, and the hospitality sector.
· Develop and maintain a robust, self-generated sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation alongside company marketing efforts.
2. Yield & Fleet Utilization Management
· Maintain complete oversight of the fleet inventory, operating with a mandate to sustain a minimum 97.5% utilization rate.
· Analyze fleet inspection data and market trends to dynamically adjust both B2B and B2C pricing strategies, optimizing the balance between retail revenue yield and corporate asset velocity.
· Liaise with operational departments (maintenance, cleaning, and logistics) to enforce a strict 24-hour vehicle turnaround Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3. Strategic Expansion Planning
· Cultivate a qualified waitlist of corporate and individual clientele to provide the baseline revenue stability required for subsequent fleet acquisitions (scaling to 100, 150, and 200 vehicles).
· Provide executive management with weekly pipeline updates, market intelligence, and actionable growth strategies across all sales channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven, high-performing B2B and B2C sales experience within the UAE automotive leasing, commercial fleet, or car rental sector.
· Established Network: Must possess an active, verifiable network of corporate procurement managers, decision-makers, and hospitality partners within Dubai.
· Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, asset depreciation, yield optimization, and contract negotiation for both short-term rentals and long-term leases.
· Work Authorization: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in English. Multilingual capabilities are considered a strong advantage for B2C interactions.
· Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously. Must be able to hunt for new corporate business while simultaneously maximizing conversion rates on inbound B2C consumer leads.
Remuneration & Benefits
Regent's Car Rental offers a highly competitive, performance-driven compensation package designed to reward aggressive growth and sustained utilization across all channels.
· Fixed Basic Salary: AED 8,000 per month.
· Commission Structure: 5% commission awarded on the first month's revenue of newly generated B2B corporate contracts. 1% of B2C sales revenue
· Utilization Bonus: AED 2,000 monthly performance bonus contingent upon maintaining a total fleet utilization rate of 97.5% or above.
· Expansion Milestone Bonus: AED 5,000 lump-sum bonus awarded for every 50-vehicle increment successfully added and deployed to the fleet.
· Statutory Benefits: Medical insurance, 30 days annual paid leave, and end-of-service gratuity in full accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Labour Relations.
