About This Role

Applicants without car rental experience will be rejected

We are looking for a reliable and organized team member to support daily rental operations, fleet coordination, accounting follow-ups, and office administration.

Requirements

  • Previous car rental experience is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Speed CRS software is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Zoho Books is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible and detail-oriented attitudeKey ResponsibilitiesRental Operations
  • Opening & closing rental contracts
  • Adding and managing bookings
  • Contract extensions
  • Filing contracts and documentation
  • Assigning vehicles for bookings
  • Adding customers to Drive system
  • Managing vehicle status updates (Workshop, NRM, etc.)
  • Coordinating vehicle deliveries & collections
  • Managing vehicle movement records
  • Adding companies and sending LPOs

Fleet Management

  • Vehicle insurance tracking
  • Vehicle registration tracking

Accounting Support

  • Preparing quotations
  • Following up deposit refunds
  • Invoicing (rentals, Salik, fines, etc.)
  • Payment collection follow-ups
  • Sending payment links
  • Recording payments
  • Following up overdue payments
  • Preparing basic reports

Office & Administration

  • Office organization and supplies
  • Assisting with social media posting

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
