- Provide clear and accurate information regarding vehicle availability, rental pricing, and terms.
- Prepare, review, and explain lease contracts .
- Manage vehicle and booking data within the system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure vehicles are ready and available for rental.
- Process contracts and handle payments efficiently while maintaining proper documentation.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Support sales efforts by promoting rental options and enhancing the overall customer experience.
