Seeking an experienced Car Rental Agent with knowledge of the Speed System.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage client accounts.
- Handle rental bookings and contracts.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections with drivers.
- Manage Salik, traffic fines, and RTA-related processes.
- Maintain customer records and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Car rental industry experience.
- Proficiency in Speed System.
- Knowledge of Salik and RTA procedures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Methodical approach to analyzing processes and systems
- Proactive mindset with strong research and improvement skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
Work Arrangement
- On-site work: 8 hours per day
- One day off per week
