Overview
- This is a full-time on-site role for an expert Car Polisher Manager at Paint Protection Solutions located in Al Quoz, Dubai.
- The Car Polisher will be responsible for teaching auto detailing, polishing, and managing the vehicles using professional-grade polishing equipment, compounds, and techniques.
- You will play a key role in delivering a flawless, showroom-quality finish for our clients’ vehicles and handling the workshop and the polishing team.
- Proven experience as a **Car Polisher / Automotive Detailer / Paint Correction Specialist**.
- Strong knowledge of different polishing machines.
- Understanding of paint types, clear coats, and detailing products.
- Ability to identify and correct surface defects (oxidation, holograms, swirl marks).
- Physically fit with stamina to perform hands-on polishing tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing top-quality finishes.
- Good time management and ability to work under deadlines.
- Can manage and teach proper techniques to upcoming employees.
- Can maintain a dicipline and productive work group.
- Has 5 to 6 years in car detailing and polishing here in the UAE.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
