Job Summary:
A Car Leasing Agent assists customers in selecting and leasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget. The role involves explaining lease terms, managing contracts, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the leasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in choosing suitable vehicles based on their preferences and budget
- Explain leasing terms, payment plans, insurance, and contract details
- Prepare and process lease agreements and related documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available vehicles and promotions
- Negotiate lease terms within company guidelines
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Proven experience in car leasing, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of financial terms and contracts
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driving license (preferred)
