Role Description

The Car Buyer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Car Buyer will evaluate used vehicles, conduct thorough inspections, assess market value, and provide fair purchase offers in line with company guidelines.

Daily responsibilities include meeting customers at the central location, reviewing vehicle documentation, test-driving vehicles when needed, and clearly explaining valuation results and purchase terms.

The role involves negotiating within authorized price ranges, finalizing sales, coordinating payment processing, and ensuring all paperwork and legal transfer procedures are completed accurately.

The Car Buyer will collaborate closely with the operations team, maintain accurate records, and uphold high standards of customer service and professional conduct.

Qualifications

  • Strong automotive knowledge, including vehicle inspection, basic mechanical understanding, and familiarity with used car market trends.
  • Customer-facing skills, such as clear communication, active listening, and the ability to build trust and handle objections professionally.
  • Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience closing deals, working within pricing guidelines, and achieving performance targets.
  • Organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, accurate documentation, and comfort handling legal and transfer paperwork.
  • Basic computer and digital literacy, including using web-based valuation tools, CRM systems, and standard office applications.
  • Prior experience in car buying, automotive sales, or dealership operations is highly beneficial.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site full time, including flexible hours as business needs require.
  • Valid UAE driving license and a clean driving record.
