About The Role
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Captain Order (Arabic Speaking) to join our restaurant team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders accurately, coordinating with the kitchen team, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Recommend menu items and promotions to guests.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Requirements
- Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Previous experience as Captain Order, Head Waiter, or Senior Waiter in a restaurant or café.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- English communication skills are an advantage.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
