Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• **VVIP Hospitality:** Welcome guests warmly, manage table seating, and deliver personalized, high-end table service.
• **Menu Expertise:** Guide guests through the menu, explain complex culinary techniques, and provide expert beverage pairings.
• **Order & Table Management:** Take accurate orders, monitor serving pace, and execute tableside preparation when required.
• **Complaint Resolution:** Manage guest feedback and complaints instantly on the floor, turning negative situations into positive loyalty.

Team Leadership & Operations

• **Section Supervision:** Direct, motivate, and coordinate front waiter and food runners in your assigned zone.
• **Standards Enforcement:** Ensure your team strictly adheres to grooming standards, steps of service, and behavioral etiquettes.
• **Kitchen Coordination:** Act as the primary liaison between the dining floor and the kitchen to guarantee perfect timing of dishes.
• **Station Readiness:** Oversee pre-shift *mise-en-place*, table setups, and section cleanliness before and after service windows.

Job Requirements

• **Experience:** Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Senior Waiter or Captain in a fine-dining restaurant.
• **Skills:** Strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
• **Knowledge:** Deep understanding of POS systems, inventory management, fine wine, spirits, and diverse culinary ingredients.
• **Flexibility:** Ability to work demanding schedules, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
• **Physical Stamina:** Capable of standing and walking for extended periods while maintaining an energetic, professional posture.
