Captain Order role with a restaurant in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate all details clearly to the kitchen team.
- Assist guests with menu selections and recommendations; provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely order preparation and delivery.
- Monitor order flow and ensure items are served correctly and promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Keep the service area clean and properly set up; help maintain hygiene and food safety.
- Support the team during busy hours and process billing and payments accurately when required.
Requirements
- Similar restaurant or hospitality experience, with one year minimum, is preferred.
- Arabic speaking is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills; able to work quickly and multitask.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order handling.
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused; a positive team player.
- Available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Food safety and hygiene knowledge is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
