Capacity & Demand Planner

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline (Advanced degree preferred).
• Experience: 4 to 5 years of background in demand planning, capacity planning, supply chain analysis, or a related function.
• Technical Skills: Competency in analytical applications (such as Excel, SQL, Python, R) and expertise in Google Workspace applications, particularly Google Sheets, for collaborative projects and data analysis.
• Systems & Forecasting: Familiarity with ERP software or capacity planning tools (such as SAP, Oracle) and a solid comprehension of quantitative forecasting techniques.
• Soft Skills & Adaptability: Superior problem-solving and communication abilities, with a demonstrated capability to manage ambiguity, establish order in unstructured settings, reach effective decisions despite limited background data, work autonomously and cross-functionally, and focus on detail in high-tempo environments.
