We are looking for a Capability Building Lead to design and implement programs that develop digital capabilities within organizations.
This role involves identifying capability gaps, structuring development programs, enabling adoption, and measuring impact.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in capability building, training, or related roles
- Strong ability to structure and design programs
- Experience measuring learning impact and outcomes
- Understanding of organizational development and learning approaches
- Ability to translate plans into execution
- Comfortable working across different teams and levels
