Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners at the door with professionalism, energy, and confidence.
- Educate prospects by conducting brief product demonstrations on TimeProof’s roofing services— no pressure selling.
- Qualify interested homeowners and schedule follow-up appointments for our Sales Representatives.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly goals for leads generated, lead quality, productivity, etc.
- Overcome objections and guide homeowners through the benefits of residential roofing projects
- Charismatic, outgoing personality — you thrive in fast-paced, people-heavy environments
- Strong communication skills — clear, persuasive, and confident with face-to-face interactions
- Reliable transportation & a valid Driver's License - must be able to commute to and from assigned territories.
- Ability to submit to and pass a Background Check
- Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends (prime canvassing hours)
- Physical Stamina - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
