Position

What you will do

• Analyze competitors’ products, user experiences, and customer experiences, documenting notable changes.
• Test FanDuel apps and recommend improvements to product teams.
• Assist Product Management with presentations, operational tasks, and testing.
• Help coordinate customer research and analyze customer data to understand behavior.
• Communicate Canadian customer and product needs to US Product and Engineering teams as needed.
• Contribute to office activities and team culture.

Candidate qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree in computer science, UX/UI design, digital marketing, business, or a related field; related interest or side projects may be relevant.
• Expected degree completion between April 2027 and June 2028.
• Bring critical thinking, collaboration, communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency or ability to quickly learn PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, and AI tools such as Claude or similar.
• Familiarity with and interest in technology and gaming platforms.

Pay and benefits

• The stated applicable hourly pay range is $25–$30 CAD, depending on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.
• The role may offer insurance, retirement contributions, incentive compensation, holidays, and paid sick time, subject to applicable terms.
