Position summary

Supports leadership of Asset Protection and office areas and processes, responds to problems and inquiries, and develops associates through teaching and training.

Plans department activities based on workload and operational functions, with sales-floor assistance as needed.

Customer and store operations

  • Provide friendly customer service, help customers locate merchandise and make purchase decisions, and resolve or refer concerns.
  • Coordinate, delegate, and follow up on tasks in receiving, claims, and office support.
  • Support scheduling, review completed schedules with the People Lead, and assign associates to store coverage and availability tasks.
  • Lead daily team huddles, share updates, set goals, and track productivity.
  • Identify training opportunities, teach and train associates, and provide feedback.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment; complete safety sweep logs and keep fixtures and displays secure and clear of debris.
  • Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support management.
  • Support associate performance and growth conversations, recruiting, and hiring with the Coach and People Lead.

Pay

  • The minimum hourly rate starts at $21.50.
