Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily store patrols and check the operation of doors, showcases, and security features.
• Investigate financial and physical shrink and communicate findings to store leadership; escalate internal investigation information as required.
• Conduct or support cases involving internal theft, external theft, organized retail crime, and assigned ethics investigations.
• Support store evacuation and emergency procedures, including during fires and other emergencies.
• Carry out external apprehensions in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
• Gather information from multiple sources and clearly communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Participate in store task-team duties and other work supporting operations and asset protection.

Schedule and physical requirements

• Be open to working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
• The work involves extended standing, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 20 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• The role involves repetitive stocking, zoning, and product-organization tasks requiring attention to detail.

Minimum qualification

• A valid security guard license is required.

Pay

• The minimum rate starts at $19.65 per hour.
