Role overview

Store security and investigations

• Conduct daily patrols and check doors, showcases, and security features.
• Investigate financial and physical shrink, theft, organized retail crime, and assigned ethics cases; communicate or escalate findings as required.
• Conduct external apprehensions when required and in compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Emergency support and reporting

• Support store evacuations and emergency procedures, including fire response.
• Gather information and communicate findings to store leadership and other stakeholders.
• Participate in store task team responsibilities and additional duties as required.

Schedule and physical demands

• Be open to shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• The role involves extended standing, bending, repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Pay

• Minimum pay starts at $19.70 per hour.

Minimum qualification

• A Security Guard License is required.
