Camp Placement Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess:

Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent).

A minimum of 2 years of previous camp staffing or camp director experience. Recruitment or sales (B2B and human capital solutions) also applicable.

This role involves some domestic and international travel (Flexible). Must be based within one hour’s travel of a major international airport hub in the U.S.

Experience in international exchange programs encouraged. International travel and/or work experience encouraged.

Computer skills including MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment and within tight deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to take initiative and be flexible.

Energetic, personable, goal- and team-oriented.
