Overview
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of labor accommodation camps.
- Manage workforce accommodation allocation, occupancy records, and room assignments.
- Ensure camp facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
- Coordinate employee welfare activities and address accommodation-related concerns.
- Monitor camp discipline and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Coordinate transportation and workforce movement between camp and project sites.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to camp operations.
- Liaise with HR, Administration, Site Management, and external service providers.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve operational issues effectively.
