BJORG Construction is looking for an experienced and organized Camp Boss to manage and supervise labor accommodation facilities in Muhaisnah 2, Sonapur.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth camp operations, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and support the welfare of all camp residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily workers’ attendance from camp to site.
- Report attendance records to management accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with site engineers regarding workers’ attendance and manpower updates.
- Ensure a safe and disciplined camp environment free from misconduct and alcohol consumption.
- Manage labor accommodation rooms, allocations, and cleanliness.
- Handle workers’ concerns and maintain camp discipline according to company rules.
- **Availability:** Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per hour
