Position Requirements
- Strong knowledge of catering and camp food service operations.
- Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in remote camp environments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cost control, budgeting, and inventory management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in catering operations, preferably in camp or remote site environments.
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Knowledge of multicultural workforce management.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting systems).
- Experience in food safety and hygiene management in remote camp environments.
• Overall Camp Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of catering, housekeeping, laundry, and general camp services.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all service departments.
- Maintain high standards of service delivery across all functions.

- Supervise meal planning, preparation, and service for all meals.
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet required standards.

• Housekeeping & Accommodation Management
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance of accommodation, kitchens, dining areas, offices, and common facilities.
- Ensure rooms, toilets, and public areas are maintained to high cleanliness standards.
- Manage linen supply, bed making, and periodic deep cleaning schedules.
