Overview
We are immediately hiring a Camp Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day camp operations and staff accommodation
- Maintain occupancy records, room allocations, check‑in/out
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and facility upkeep
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour camp and HSE standards
- Supervise camp support staff (cleaners, security, maintenance)
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and service vendors
- Prepare regular reports on camp status and needs
Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience as Camp Administrator / Camp Boss / Accommodation Supervisor in UAE
- Strong knowledge of labour camp regulations and safety standards
- Experience managing large workforce accommodations
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
