Your Role and Impact

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machining equipment including 3-axis turning, 5-axis turning, and milling machines. • Follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing documentation to produce components to specification. • Inspect machined components using measuring tools and equipment to ensure quality standards are achieved. • Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment. • Set up and adjust machine settings to support efficient and accurate production. • Machine a variety of materials, including stainless steel, while meeting production requirements. • Troubleshoot machining issues and assist in resolving technical problems as they arise. • Support team objectives and perform additional related duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing documentation. • Ability to operate CNC machining equipment safely and effectively. • Ability to use precision measuring instruments, including scales and calipers. • Basic machine shop math and calculation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-2 years of CNC machining or related manufacturing experience. • Experience operating CNC turning and milling equipment. • Experience machining stainless steel or similar materials. • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical machining problems. • Familiarity with quality inspection processes and procedures.
