Call Operator — Doha, Qatar
We are hiring a reliable Call Operator to join our Doha contact center. Full-time, onsite role with a salary of 8,000–10,000 QAR per month and standard benefits.
Key responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
Provide product/service information, process basic requests, and resolve common issues
Log call details and update customer records in the CRM accurately
Escalate complex cases to supervisors or specialist teams when needed
Meet performance targets for call quality, average handling time, and attendance
Follow scripts, procedures, and data-protection policies
Requirements:
Excellent verbal English; Arabic or local dialect is a plus
Prior call center or customer-facing experience preferred
Clear phone voice, good listening skills, and strong customer-service orientation
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
Professional attitude, punctuality, and team collaboration
Package:
Salary: 8,000–10,000 QAR/month
