Call Service Agent duties
- Answer calls and messages about gym hours, class schedules, pricing, and guest policies.
- Follow up with prospective members, pitch membership options, and promote personal training or special events.
- Update member records, process phone payments, handle freezes or cancellations, and update billing details.
- De-escalate facility or billing complaints, referring complex issues to the gym manager.
- Book group classes, personal training sessions, and facility tours.
Membership Consultant duties
- Generate leads through outreach, corporate events, calls, emails, and member referrals.
- Give facility tours and explain equipment use and amenities.
- Assess customer goals and recommend membership tiers or personal training packages.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
- Maintain sales pipeline, contract, payment-plan, and renewal records in gym-management software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Call Service Agent experience: 1 to 2 years in customer service, sales, or call-centre work; fitness or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Membership Consultant experience: 1 to 2 years in direct sales, high-volume retail, or customer service; fitness experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; strong English proficiency.
- Comfort with computers, basic office software, and gym-management or CRM databases.
- Interest in an active lifestyle and wellness; outgoing, energetic, and approachable manner.
- Availability for irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on club traffic.
Pay
- The posting states AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
