The firm handles residential and commercial property transactions, sales, leasing, property management, and investment consultancy.

It serves clients worldwide with personalized, confidential service and provides market advice, feasibility studies, and investment guidance.

Full-time, on-site, salary-based Call Centre Agent role in Dubai.

The agent handles inbound and outbound calls, client inquiries, and lead follow-up about properties and services.

Log and update client interactions in the system and coordinate with sales and leasing teams.
Follow up on leads to support conversions; resolve client issues and provide accurate, timely information.
Support appointment scheduling and call-related administrative tasks.
Maintain service standards and comply with company policies and performance targets.

Strong customer service experience focused on customer support and satisfaction; call-centre or customer-facing experience is relevant.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear communication, active listening, and rapport-building.
Computer literacy, including CRM systems, email, and basic office software.
Strong verbal and written English; additional languages are advantageous.
Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage high call volumes, and remain professional under pressure.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
Real estate or related service-industry experience is preferred.
