Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Call Center & Sales Specialist role based in Riyadh.

The specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to client inquiries, and provide accurate information about Imdad Care’s home healthcare services.

Daily responsibilities:

1. guiding potential clients through service options

2. documenting interactions in the system

3. following up to ensure client satisfaction and conversion of leads into confirmed services.

The role also involves coordinating with care teams, updating records, and supporting sales campaigns or promotional activities.

5.

The specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses

6. contribute to achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service, with a client-centered and empathetic approach.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening in a call center environment.
  • Experience working in Contact Centers or call center operations, including handling high call volumes and using call management tools.
  • Solid Computer Literacy, including proficiency with CRM systems, call center software, email, and standard office applications.
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer acquisition, ideally within healthcare or service-oriented industries.
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and respectful client interactions.
