About the Role
We are looking for a **high‑performing Call Center & Sales Specialist** to manage and convert all **paid media leads** generated through our marketing campaigns.
You will be the first point of contact for clients interested in our aesthetic treatments your communication, speed, and professionalism will directly influence revenue.
This role requires someone who is **confident, organized, and experienced in handling high‑intent leads** within an in‑house setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all **paid media leads** (Meta, Google, WhatsApp, website forms) through our CRM.
- Respond quickly, professionally, and persuasively to convert leads into **confirmed bookings**.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all aesthetic treatments.
- Follow structured communication flows to qualify leads and guide them toward the right service.
- Update CRM records accurately and ensure every lead is followed up until closed.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to report lead quality, objections, and conversion insights.
- Achieve monthly conversion targets and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- **Minimum 1–2 years of experience** in a call center or sales roles within **aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, or wellness**.
- Proven experience handling **paid media leads** in an **in‑house environment** (not agency).
- Strong knowledge of **CRM systems** and lead management workflows.
- Excellent communication skills — clear, confident, and customer‑focused.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to build trust and close bookings.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
