Gazer is an international automotive cybersecurity company developing advanced anti-theft systems.
We are currently looking for a Call Center Representative with fluent Arabic and English to support our market development efforts in Gulf Countries, gathering client's feeback.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct calls to automotive partners across the GCC region in order to gather the product feedback.
- Follow a structured call script to communicate with dealerships and industry representatives
- Accurately track call outcomes, statuses, and insights in Google Sheets / CRM
- Maintain a structured and up-to-date database of contacts
- Ensure full transparency of activity through the company’s telephony system
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements to call scripts based on real conversations
- Regularly report on call progress, activity levels, and results
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in call center, telemarketing, or sales roles
- Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
- Ability to follow scripts while adapting to real conversations
- Attention to detail and discipline in reporting
- Self-organized and comfortable working remotely
- Stable internet connection, computer, and ability to work via online tools
Working Conditions
- Part-time format (Hourly rate)
- Working hours: within standard GCC business hours (9:00–18:00), the specific hours are negotiable
- Fully remote work
- Monthly payment based on timesheets
