Call Center Representative

Overview

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Log in online leads and handle appointments in professional manner
• Provide basic and accurate information
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications

• 1 years experience in automotive industry
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Communication skills
• Advanced level of Excel experience
• CRM experience is preferred
• Experience in selling and buying cars is an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills
• Target achiever
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Customer service attitude
• High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
• We offer a base salary of AED 3,000 along with a competitive commission structure, with on-target earnings reaching up to AED 7,000 per month.
