Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Support:** Answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting product or service issues.
- **Call Management:** Handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- **Data Management:** Updating and maintaining customer information in the CRM system.
- **Sales/Upselling:** Identifying opportunities to up-sell products or services and managing renewals.
- **Documentation:** Logging call details and following up on pending issues.
- **Escalation:** Routing complex or urgent issues to the appropriate department
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
