Duties and responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and respond professionally to patient inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and potential patients.
- Promote clinic services, packages, and ongoing offers.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient information and call records.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Healthcare or clinic experience is a strong advantage.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying AED 4,000 per month.
