Call Center Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients and insurance-covered beneficiaries daily.
• Introduce and explain the company's healthcare-at-home services.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries.
• Convert calls into confirmed appointments and service bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding confirmed appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English,Hindi & Malayalam

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in call center, telesales, customer service, or healthcare marketing.
• Experience dealing with insurance-covered healthcare services is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Qatar's healthcare sector is preferred.
