Call Center Executive cum sales executive
About This Role
Job Title: Call Center Executive (Arabic, English and French Speaker) – Used Car Industry
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Executive who is fluent in both Arabic and English to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and support sales operations in our used car business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Only female candidate should apply for given position.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to vehicle inquiries, inspections, and sales
- Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional manner
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule appointments for car viewings, inspections, and test drives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales opportunities
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, pricing, and company services
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic, English and Frensh (both spoken and written is mandatory)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in call center, tele-sales, or customer service (automotive experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently
- Basic knowledge of cars and the used car market is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in used car dealerships, car inspection companies, or automotive platforms
- Knowledge of the UAE automotive market
- Experience handling WhatsApp business communication
