Overview
We are looking for Call Center employees to work in Cairo - Al-Maadi.
Company headquarters in Saudi Arabia - Eastern Region - Hafr Al-Batin.
Job Nature
Assisting the main office for the call center in Saudi Arabia.
Core Responsibilities
Receiving requests from clients through WhatsApp and forwarding them to the branches via the Vodix system for the call center, and then sending them to the relevant departments for coordination among all parties.
Job Location
Egypt - Cairo - Al-Maadi - Burj Badr - Next to Hussein Sadqi University.
Working Hours
and Salary:
10 working hours.
6 days a week.
The salary starts from 6000 EGP, and after 3 months, it increases by 2000 EGP based on employee performance, making the total salary 8000 EGP.
Weekly leave is granted after 3 months and is not deducted from the salary.
Working hours
are from 4 AM.
Total working hours are 10 hours.
