Call Center Agent (Night Shift)

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills with a ***clear American or neutral accent. THIS IS A MUST.***
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Previous call center, telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
• ***Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit campaigns is a strong advantage.***
• Familiarity with Jewish communities, nonprofits, or fundraising organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls professionally.
• Engage with potential donors, customers, or clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
• Meet communication and performance targets.

• Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
