We are looking for a talented and creative Cake Maker to join our team in Jeddah.
The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing and decorating cakes, desserts, and pastries while maintaining high-quality standards, hygiene, and presentation.
The candidate must be passionate about baking and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, desserts, and other bakery items.
- Design and decorate cakes according to customer requests and company standards.
- Prepare cake fillings, creams, frostings, and toppings.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of ingredient shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle baking equipment and tools properly and safely.
- Assist in developing new cake designs and dessert menu ideas.
- **Requirements*** Previous experience as a Cake Maker, Pastry Chef, or Baker.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and cake decoration.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in fondant, buttercream, and custom cake decoration is preferred.
- Candidates must be currently based in KSA.
- Valid transferable Iqama is preferred.
