Pluto Bakehouse in Al Ain is seeking a creative Cake Decorator to produce high-quality custom cakes and desserts.
The role requires attention to detail, baking artistry, and adherence to company presentation and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and decorate cakes according to customer requirements and company standards.
- Work with fondant, buttercream, ganache, and other decorating mediums.
- Create custom cakes for birthdays, events, and special occasions.
- Ensure consistency in presentation, quality, and finishing.
- Prepare cake components and assist with basic baking when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Manage time efficiently to meet production deadlines.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in cake decorating.
- Strong skills in fondant and buttercream techniques.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Immediate availability to join is a plus.
