Cake decorators use artistic creativity and technical proficiency to produce a finished visual result, working with frosting, fondant, or chocolate molds.
Responsibilities
- Create preliminary cake designs, including drawings or mockups, for approval.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with a variety of tools and ingredients.
- Prepare batters, fillings, icings, and other cake components.
- Sculpt cakes into intricate shapes and forms.
- Collaborate with chefs, bakers, and team members on product quality and appearance.
- Order supplies and manage tool and ingredient inventory.
- Keep workspaces and equipment clean and sanitary.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
