Overview

• Mandatory details/Skills – 8-12 years of experience in systems analysis, data governance, transformation, business analysis, or consulting, strong preference for a candidate already working in UAE, GCC experience is essential

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed gap assessments across systems, processes, data flows, and manual workarounds
• Identify where data can be captured, validated, and maintained directly within existing systems rather than through spreadsheets or offline trackers
• Assess where new systems, modules, or workflow tools are needed to eliminate manual effort and improve process efficiency
• Review current process steps to identify duplication, re-entry of data, and weak handoffs between systems and teams
• Map source-to-target data flows and pinpoint where data should be integrated into system architecture
• Evaluate current system capabilities, limitations, and opportunities for configuration, automation, or integration
• Facilitate workshops with business, technology, and operations stakeholders to validate findings and prioritize improvement areas
• Develop structured gap assessment outputs, including heatmaps, issue logs, impact assessments, and recommended interventions
• Define practical remediation actions covering system enhancement, data integration, automation, and process redesign
• Support roadmap development for technology and process improvements, with clear ownership and sequencing
• Prepare executive-ready presentations that highlight manual pain points, system gaps, and recommended solutions

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in systems analysis, data governance, transformation, business analysis, or consulting, strong preference for a candidate already working in UAE, GCC experience is essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, application landscapes, data architecture, and integrations across construction, engineering, facilities management environments
• Experience with data quality assessment, master data management, and reporting controls
• Experience in assessing manual operations and defining automation or system enhancement opportunities.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and identify system and data issues at root-cause level
• Excellent structured problem-solving and analytical thinking, ability to translate technical issues into clear business risks and recommendations
• Exposure to digital transformation, ERP, data governance, or operating model redesign is highly desirable
• Background in large-scale transformation, PMO, or operating model assessment is an advantage
