Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a CAFM Manager / Specialist with a focus on Oracle Unifier.
The role involves administering, configuring, and optimizing the CAFM system, including Oracle Unifier modules related to facilities, assets, projects, and maintenance workflows.
The specialist will manage day-to-day system operations, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate with stakeholders to capture requirements, implement enhancements, and standardize processes.
Responsibilities include generating and automating reports and dashboards, supporting end users, leading user acceptance testing, and coordinating with IT and vendors for system upgrades and integrations.
The role also includes documenting procedures, training users, monitoring system performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Information Technology and CAFM expertise, including hands-on experience with Oracle Unifier configuration, administration, and integrations.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose system issues, resolve user problems, and coordinate with vendors or internal IT teams.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide users, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and support change management initiatives.
- Experience in facilities management, asset management, or construction/project management environments, preferably within CAFM or IWMS platforms.
- Ability to design workflows, forms, and reports, with strong analytical skills and attention to data quality and process optimization.
- Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to train and support users at different technical levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; relevant Oracle Unifier or CAFM certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with FM best practices, KPIs, and SLAs, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, multicultural environment in Dubai.
