About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized CAFM Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the CAFM system, coordinating maintenance requests, updating asset records, generating reports, and supporting daily facilities operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CAFM system and ensure data accuracy
- Create, assign, and track work orders and service requests
- Update preventive maintenance schedules and asset information
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and subcontractors for task completion
- Generate maintenance and operational reports
- Monitor SLA/KPI performance and follow up on pending tasks
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to facilities operations
- Support users with CAFM-related issues and requests
- Ensure all maintenance activities are updated within the system on time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CAFM administration or facilities coordination
- Experience using CAFM systems such as Archibus, Maximo, FM2000, Planon, or similar platforms
- Good knowledge of facilities management and maintenance operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills
- Attention to detail and strong reporting skills
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and asset management
- Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments
