- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a specialty coffee shop, premium café, artisan bakery, or hospitality concept.
- Strong understanding of specialty coffee, espresso-based beverages, brewing methods, and café operations.
- Experience leading multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Fluent English communication skills are essential.
- Experience working within European, Australian, New Zealand, or internationally recognized specialty coffee brands will be highly regarded.
- Specialty coffee certifications (SCA or equivalent) are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Lead, coach, and motivate baristas and service staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of specialty coffee beverages in line with brand standards.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build strong customer relationships.
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Support sales growth through effective team leadership and customer engagement.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Prepare operational reports and support management in achieving business objectives.
- Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
