Overview
- Prepare and cook a variety of café-style dishes, including sandwiches, pizzas, pasta, burgers, and street food bites.
- Prepare Tea & Coffee as per brand standards using machines. (Training will be provided)
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation align with the café’s standards.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, ingredient stocking, and maintaining hygiene.
- Follow food safety regulations to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking of ingredients.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands.
- Maintain consistency in portion sizes, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
- Collaborate with the team members to optimize kitchen efficiency and reduce wastage.
- As an All-Rounder: Responsible for overall café maintenance, including cleaning the workspace, dining area, and kitchen.
- Support front-end operations if needed, such as serving food or handling customer requests.
- Ensure hygiene standards are maintained throughout the café.
- Help with food preparation when required.
Desired candidate profile
- Prior experience as a chef in the culinary industry is required. Junior or with minimal experience is fine.
- Experience in preparing café-style and street food dishes.
- Knowledge of street food flavors and global fast-food trends.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Looking for immediate joiner or within 30 days.
