About the Client:
A new social boutique café in Abu Dhabi for artists and coffee drinkers
Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end café operations ensuring smooth daily service, high efficiency, and brand consistency in a premium lifestyle café environment.
- Drive exceptional guest experience, maintaining service standards.
- Manage operational performance including sales, cost control, inventory, and targets.
- Lead and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure productivity
Qualifications
- Must have total 4 yrs UAE experience in Café set up as a manager
- Strong knowledge of operations, team leadership, customer service, inventory, and cost control
- Knowledge of food safety & hygiene (HACCP) and proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting (Excel)
